The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Hull Claims is part of Corporate Insurance team within the Finance Division. This role will support the Hull Claims Manager by utilizing internal systems and resources to collect, analyze, and document all repair information related to aviation hull claims. The analyst will prepare detailed invoices with appropriate backup documentation to support the cost of parts, work hours, task cards, and other related expenses.

• Efficiently use internal systems and databases to gather, track, and manage all relevant repair information and documentation
• Collect and organize comprehensive records of all aircraft repairs being tracked for insurance reimbursement, including correspondence, reports, repair estimates, and financial transactions
• Prepare detailed final invoices with appropriate backup documentation to support invoices to the insurance company, including the cost of parts, work hours, task cards, and other related expenses
• Coordinate with internal departments, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities), engine repair facilities, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status
• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of aviation hull damage claims, leveraging internal resources and systems
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in claims handling
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or a certificate in aviation maintenance technology or Aviation Mechanic certificate.
• Strong understanding of aviation maintenance procedures, aviation regulations, and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• 3 years of experience supporting aviation maintenance.
• Experience in aircraft insurance claims processing or a related field.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance systems such as ASOM, Air Vault, FCXP, SAFE, Sceptre, TODS, etc.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• AMT (Aviation Maintenance Technician) certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with aviation industry regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume claims processing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
