Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Support (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Loveland, CO

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Description:

A well-established company in Loveland, CO is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support professional to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a professional phone presence who is looking for long-term potential in a collaborative office environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales and service department by entering orders, maintaining customer records, and communicating with clients about their purchases and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system (Sage)
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot), including tax status and memberships
• Track and document customer repairs using HubSpot
• Notify customers when repairs are complete
• Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to learn new software quickly (training provided)
• Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused without micromanagement
• High school diploma required; some college or business certification preferred
• Must be professional, friendly, and a good listener
