Are you tech-savvy and passionate about helping people? We’re partnering with a respected manufacturer near Madison’s East Side to find a dedicated Technical Support Agent to join their customer care team. This is a full-time, onsite role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do : In this role, you'll provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You’ll be on the front line, troubleshooting issues, coordinating service visits, and ensuring customers receive the help they need in a timely and professional manner. Your day-to-day will include: Responding to a high volume of inbound support inquiries across multiple platforms Diagnosing technical issues using provided tools and documented processes Processing service orders and dispatching field technicians Logging customer interactions and maintaining accurate records Meeting key performance metrics like response time, quality, and order accuracy Supporting other team members and contributing to a positive work culture Staying up to date with product training and system updates What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Strong customer service background (call center experience is a big plus) Comfortable handling multiple communication channels and multitasking Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn product details Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Compensation: ~$18.00 per hour ~ Bonus opportunities based on performance This is a great opportunity to work with a growing team that values service excellence and continuous improvement.
