Position: Digital Experience Specialist

Remote: Must live in TX , IN, NC, or Ten

Shift - Mon - Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm EST

Pay: $34.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation—driving enhancements that make our online shopping experience seamless, engaging, and impactful. You’ll collaborate across teams, leverage cutting-edge tools, and ensure our product content is accurate, compelling, and ready to inspire customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute digital enhancement initiatives to improve website search, product descriptions, and product images.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics teams to help shape personalization and optimization strategies, contributing to the eCommerce platform roadmap.
• Analyze customer experience analytics, web analytics, and voice of the customer data to make actionable recommendations.
• Utilize Algonomy, SAP CCv2, and Sitecore to implement personalization capabilities and strategies at a global scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the digital experience backlog.
• Stay up to date on emerging software, systems, and programs that can enhance our digital offering.
• Work closely with the MDM Core and Product Content Management (PCM ) teams to establish and enforce product data quality standards.
• Define product category attributes and support collection of accurate attribute values.
• Manage the collection, identification, and upload of product images for both new and existing items.
