Marketing Assistant (Remote, Part-Time with Growth Potential)

What You'll Do:
Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns and projects.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events related to marketing efforts.
Handle correspondence, document preparation, and administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media, email, and websites.
Write and proofread marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support strategy.
Compile and analyze data to provide insights for marketing optimization.
Assist in managing and growing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
Generate reports on key marketing metrics and suggest improvements.
Oversee hiring and coordination of marketing freelancers.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and platforms.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
Experience conducting market research and analyzing data.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Quick communication via Slack and ClickUp.
Ability to work U.S. hours.
Reliable internet connection.
Preference for candidates based in Latin America or the Philippines.
