This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is fully remote.

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive data-informed decision-making and support the development of AI/ML solutions. This role will focus on building predictive models, delivering insights, and enabling strategic growth through analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, customer, and product data to identify trends and opportunities

• Build predictive models for forecasting, segmentation, and churn analysis

• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics

• Support AI/ML initiatives with data preparation, model evaluation, and feature analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions

• Lead experiments and A/B testing to measure outcomes

• Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and transparency

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science or analytics, ideally in SaaS or data-rich environments

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

• Experience with machine learning techniques and cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)

• Solid foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM/RAG pipelines, SageMaker, or similar ML platforms

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and customer analytics

• Exposure to unstructured data and data transformation tools (e.g., dbt)
